Another 6 hours on this painting tonight – I am into it now – that God is talking to me and telling me what to do. I wish it happened like this all the time – like God tells me how to make a decent living all the time – like how to make a painting – just make a tree and cut out the leaves and money will come flying at you… lol. It’s a joke – because the “monetary” system is an evil trick and “art” is a spiritual drawing down of aether – so not on the same polarity scale.

I put in the trees (I made new brown gelli prints, cut them out and glued tiny leaves to their branches to simulate spring trees)

and then put in the grass around the trunks…

and added the smoke and some yellow and orange to the flames –

and added some flame colors to the mains and tails to link them to the fire because it’s their fighting for mating rights that is causing the fire… but this is a spring ritual – as is everything else in Nature…

Now all I have left is the sky – sun maybe in the center, and the constellation over the ram…

I can’t believe how fast I am moving through this painting…I am still in the waxing crescent phase of the moon.

This is why I really don’t feel like I am in alignment with the Moon Cycles at all – living in the city. It takes a lot of effort to work with the Moon.

Also, I am urked that I am using acrylic but there really is no way to do this sort of painting with collage in Oil – except with Encaustic and I simply do not have the room to do that – unfortunately and it doesn’t really work that well either. Encaustic is more loose and wild than cutting out teensy leaves and gluing them down they way I can do with mod podge and gel medium…
